ABOUT US

Yes, another freaking vegan

Who are we? We're 4 Kuwait University students majored in marketing aiming to raise awareness regarding the importance of a vegan diet for both the health & the environment, we won't be discussing the ethical side anytime soon, but maybe in the long term.

As we said on a recent insta post "It's not a call to go vegan, It's a call to reevaluate your food choices & be more of a conscious consumer, You be seeker of your own truth" we won't shuffle it don't your throat, we know it looks nearly impossible to change teachings on eating that you lived with your whole life, but your missing something that the media isn't shedding the light on, how does it make your feel? does it line with your values?

the weight of the world isn't on your shoulder & conscious consumerism isnt gonna save the world, yet thinking critically about the things we buy & consume & what kinds of practises we support with our money is important, It's a long journey with a learning curve but it pays off.

Needless to say we’ll be discussing the how & why, but you don’t have to became fully vegan the very next day, Isn’t it better to try and make small, positive lifestyle shifts, than none at all? Keep an open mind & a compassionate heart.
